Returns Policy

If you receive an item that is not as described, or is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page.

We ask that you provide your name and invoice number, the name of the faulty item and a description of the fault/defect. We will then be in touch to discuss the issue.
Any returns accepted must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

 Some Paper Tole designs include cutting guides, while others do not. Product listings clearly state what is included, and we do not provide refunds for misunderstandings caused by not reading the product description.
